1. Definitions

   • "Studio" refers to the premises being rented for photography or videography purposes.

   • "Hirer" refers to the person or entity renting the Studio.

   • "Owner" refers to the company or individual providing the Studio for hire.

2. Booking and Payment

   • All bookings must be confirmed in writing or via the Owner's designated booking platform.

   • Full payment or a deposit as specified by the Owner is required to confirm the booking.

   • Any remaining balance must be paid no later than [insert time period] before the start of the hire period.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

   • Cancellations made 3 days prior to the booking date will receive a 100% refund.

   • Cancellations made within 3 days of the booking date will forfeit the deposit or full payment as specified.

   • The Owner reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

4. Studio Use

   • The Studio may only be used for the purposes agreed upon at the time of booking.

   • The Hirer is responsible for ensuring that the number of attendees does not exceed the maximum capacity as specified by the Owner.

   • The Hirer must not use the Studio for any unlawful, hazardous, or offensive activities.

5. Access and Security

   • The Studio will be accessible only during the agreed hire period. Additional charges may apply for early access or extended use.

   • The Hirer must ensure all doors are securely closed and locked upon departure.

   • The Hirer must not share any access codes, keys, or security information without prior consent from the Owner.

6. Equipment and Props

   • Any equipment or props provided by the Owner must be returned in the condition they were provided.

   • The Hirer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment or props during the hire period and will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

7. Health and Safety

   • The Hirer is responsible for maintaining a safe environment during the hire period.

   • The Owner shall not be liable for any injuries sustained by the Hirer, their clients, or any third parties during the hire period.

   • Fire exits must be kept clear at all times.

8. Cleaning and Damages

   • The Studio must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may be charged if the Studio requires additional cleaning after the hire period.

   • The Hirer is responsible for any damages caused to the Studio, equipment, or property during the hire period and will be charged for repair or replacement costs.

9. Insurance

   • The Hirer is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance to cover their activities, equipment, and any liabilities during the hire period.

   • The Owner’s insurance does not cover the Hirer’s equipment, personnel, or third parties.

10. Liability

    • The Owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings or equipment brought into the Studio by the Hirer or their clients.

    • The Owner is not responsible for any delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond their control (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).

11. Termination of Hire

    • The Owner reserves the right to terminate the hire period immediately if the Hirer breaches any terms and conditions or engages in unlawful or hazardous activities.

    • In such cases, no refund will be provided, and additional charges may apply for damages or cleaning.

12. Amendments

    • These terms and conditions may be amended at the Owner’s discretion. The Hirer will be notified of any changes prior to their booking date.

By booking Kam King Studio, the Hirer acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
